As a professional writer who depends on my computer but has little technical expertise, I have found Computer Rescue to be an invaluable resource!
You have always arrived within 24 hours of my call and at the time you said that you would. And, you have explained my computer problem and the proposed solution in a way that even I can understand. I highly recommend your services.

I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for the excellent and reasonably priced service that your company and technician performed on my home computer. Your technician was very competent and vastly improved the efficiency and quality of my home computer. The two of gigs of PC2-5300 RAM made all the difference in the world for the operating speed of my computer.
The Dell E510 which I have is about five years old and came with two 512 gigs of RAM. The 512 gigs which were installed at the factory consisted of two 256 RAM chips. What I would like to know is this: can I remove the two 256 RAM chips and replace with two more gigs? That would bring me up to 4 gigs of RAM which should speed it up even more.
Please let me know whether that is possible. Again, thank you for your interest and assistance. You can be assured that I will recommend your company to others.
